Semolet Snackers


To Cook Quantity
Onion (finely chopped) 1 No
Roasted Semolina (Suji) 1/2 Cup
Peas 1/2 Cup
Carrot (finely chopped) 1 No
Capsicum (Yellow & green) 1/2 Cup
Potato (mashed) 2 Nos
Oregano/ Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Water 2.5 Cup
Salt As per the taste
 Fresh Coriander leaves (chopped) As per required
Oil (Frying & Seasoning) As per required

1) To a pan, add 2tbsp oil and fry the onion till it get golden brown in color.
2) Add peas, carrot and capsicum to the pan. Cover and cook it on a medium flame for 5 minutes.
3) Add roasted semolina in the same pan along with water once the vegetables gets soft and tender.
4) Add salt and oregano to the pan and mix it well until it get dough consistency.
5) To a bowl, add the cool mixture with the mashed potato, coriander leaves. Mix it well for your final mixture.
6) Keep the mixture tray in the refrigerator for 30minutes and later cut into desired shapes or pieces.
7) Fry the cutlets in hot oil for 4minutes each side on a low to medium flame till it gets crispy.
8) Enjoy the hot and healthy semolina veg cutlet with ketchup!
