Paneer & Pearl kebab


To cook Quantity
Crumbled paneer 1/2 cup
Corn (Boiled) 2tbsp
Rice flour/Poha powder 2tbsp
Gram flour/ Besan 1/2 cup
Onion (finely chopped) 1 No
Ginger & Garlic paste 1tbsp
Green chilies (chopped) 2Nos
Coriander leaves (chopped) As per required
Roasted cumin powder 1tbsp

Chaat Masala 1/2 tbsp
Salt To taste
Oil As per required

1) To a bowl, add crumbled paneer and boiled corn.
2) Add onion, Gram flour, ginger and garlic paste, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala green chilies and salt to the bowl and mix it well.
3) Add Rice Flour or Poha Powder and add some freshly chopped coriander leaves.
4) Mix all the ingredients well and form dough-like consistency. If your mixture is too much dry you can add 2 tbsp water in it.
5) Take a small portion of the mixture and give the required shape, The kebab mix should be able to hold together to give a shape.
6) Fry the kebabs in hot oil for 3-4 minutes each side on a low medium flame till the kebabs are golden and slightly crisp.
7) Enjoy the crispy paneer&pearl Kebab with ketchup!
