Vrat Vada & Chutney

1) To a blender, add the Samak rice, Sabudhana and grind into a fine powder
2) To a pan, add water, rock salt, ghee and allow it to boil.
4) Add the powder mixture to a pan and stir it continuously on a low medium flame to form a dough.
4) Transfer the mixture into a separate bowl, add potato, curd and green chilies.
5) Add coriander leaves, black pepper powder, and chaat masala to the bowl and mix it well.
6) Take a small portion of batter, shape to a ball, slightly flatten with a thumb and make a hole in the centre.
7) Fry the Vrat Vadas on a medium to high flame till it gets crispy and golden brown in color.
8) Our tasty and delicious Vrat Vadas are ready to serve with chutney!
9) To a mixer, add green chili, mango, coriander leaves, and salt.
10) Grind it into a smooth mixture and transfer it into a bowl.
11) Enjoy Vrat Vadas with instant Chutney!
